The Blossom Blazer is made from 100% Organic Cotton, and certified (TC# 819112/00929683) by Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS).
Organic Cotton is significantly different that regular cotton in the following ways -
- Utilizes 100% natural seeds and does not use harmful chemicals or pesticides, unlike regular cotton
- Produces 94% less greenhouse gas emissions, in comparison to regular cotton
- Uses 91% less water than regular cotton (it takes 2,700 liters of water to produce cotton for 1 t-shirt)
Organic cotton is softer, hypoallergenic, and last for a long time. But the most important benefit is protecting the ecosystem, reducing wastage of water, and ensuring a safer working environment for the farmers and manufacturers.
