UAE and GCC Countries(Price: FREE SHIPPING)
UAE and GCC countries will receive the item 5-7 days after order confirmation. You will receive a fulfilment confirmation email after you place your order with the expected delivery day.
Worldwide Shipping (Price: 35 USD)
We ship to all countries outside the U.A.E (except OFAC and sanctioned countries)
Delivery time takes around 7-14 working days via DHL. You will be updated via email that your order has been fulfilled & then your tracking number will be shared with your directly on Whatsapp or SMS if Whatsapp is not available.
Customer will receive payment confirmation by email when the payment has been completed. Payment confirmation email will come within 24 hours of payment completion.

What to do in the following circumstances:
The wrong product was sent by the merchant: Please inform us within 24 hours after order receipt via email , and we will organize an exchange for you immediately. You will be notified via email of the delivery/exchange date and time.
The product is defective: Please inform us within 2-4 days of order receipt via email. We will replace the item for you immediately. You will be notified via email of the delivery/exchange date and time.
The product was damaged in shipping: Please inform us within 2-4 days of order receipt via email. We will replace the item for you immediately. You will be notified via email of the delivery/exchange date and time.
**If the item is a Sale item there will be no returns/refunds or exchange.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
If you wish to cancel your order the following terms apply:
Cancellation before the item is shipped: Simply inform us via email or Whatsapp and we will cancel the order and refund any payment that has been made via original mode of payment. Any charges incurred on our side for payment transaction will be deducted from the amount refunded.
